I build the tools your business needs but doesn't have yet.
I'm Paty — a remote strategic consultant and builder. I walk into a business, find the pattern behind the problem, and build the thing that fixes it.

Where I was
I spent nearly two decades being the person who could do everything — and being treated like I was just another employee. Top performance reviews. Burned out three times. Doing the work of three people, paid as one. I moved from Brazil to the US, back to Brazil, then to Portugal — starting from zero each time, rebuilding from scratch while carrying everything I'd learned.
What I didn't know until I was 36 years old was that I'm neurodivergent — gifted and autistic. Finding that out explained everything. Why I learned faster than the people around me. Why I was frustrated watching things move slowly. Why I kept hitting invisible ceilings in corporate environments that weren't built for a brain like mine. I wasn't broken. I was just in the wrong environment, playing by rules that were never designed for me.
I refused to start from zero again.
The turn
Therapy. A decision to stop waiting for someone to recognize what I was worth. And a move to Portugal with one clear intention — build something I could take anywhere, something that couldn't be taken away when I crossed a border. I was done with corporate. Done with burnout. Done with being unseen.
Every restart taught me the same thing: you never actually start from zero. The experience travels with you. The design background, the IBM years, the OBM and COO work, the certifications, the failures — none of it was wasted. It was all accumulating into something I couldn't see yet.
When AI arrived, something clicked. For the first time, I had tools that could keep up with how my brain works. I could build fast, build well, and build things that actually solved real problems. My neurodivergence — the thing that made corporate so painful — became the exact reason I could do this work better than almost anyone else.
"Someone asked me how I do what I do so fast, with no mistakes — the answer is 25 years of doing every role in the room."

Where I am now
I build custom AI tools for consultants and coaches — taking their methodology out of their head and turning it into something that works for their clients 24/7. I do the work of a full team. I think in strategy and build in execution at the same time. I work lean, move fast, and make no mistakes — because that's just how my brain operates.
I've helped a coach go from $10k to $50k months in 6 months. I've cut client support load by 80% for a program owner who was drowning in questions. I've protected profit margins for a $7M business in a year when sales dropped.
I've done all of this while living the life I designed — location independent, building things I love, for people who are ready for them.
